As a professionaliron core manufacturer, The company currently has a 350 – ton high – speed gantry punch press that can produce stators and rotors with an outer diameter of 300mm. At the same time, it has multiple 100 – ton to 200 – ton punch presses to meet the iron core stamping needs of new – energy vehicles and high – performance motors. Currently, it has 45 employees, a factory area of 2000m², and various testing equipment for stators, rotors, and winding products, such as iron loss meters, two – dimensional optical dimension detectors, and voltage withstand testers.

We mainly focus on thin – sheet stamping and lamination technologies. The main technical solutions are adhesive bonding and self – locking. More than 50% of our products are made of 0.2mm – thick silicon steel sheets. At the same time, we provide 0.15mm and 0.1mm silicon steel sheet products and Ni – Fe, Co – Fe soft magnetic alloy products for many Swiss and German customers.
